3.1 Google Maps (Geocoding & Routing)
We use Google Maps to verify locations, calculate distances, and convert addresses into map coordinates (geocoding). This helps ensure that drivers reach the correct location accurately.
3.2 SMS & Communication Services
We may use SMS gateways to send booking confirmations, driver details, and important service messages. We do not use OTP-based logins, and all communication happens through direct calls or SMS.
3.3 Payment Processors (Future Use)
When online payments (UPI, wallet, or card) are introduced, all payments will be handled securely by trusted payment gateways. We will not store any card or UPI information.

Your data is stored on secure servers, and only authorized staff and service partners can access your information. We use reasonable and industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access.
